(SSI), a leading manufacturers’ representative for over 20 years, is currently searching for an energetic and customer-focused Territory Sales Representative to cover Philadelphia, Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Northern Delaware. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, creating demand, and making a real impact in the industrial, construction, DOT, utility, and subcontractor markets.

Job Description

  • Develop new business opportunities while managing a strong base of existing accounts.
  • Execute a pull-through sales strategy by working directly with end-users such as contractors, municipalities, and utilities, while supporting distributor
  • partners.
  • Conduct regular field visits to generate product demand and expand strategic networks.
  • Represent SSI professionally in the marketplace by providing exceptional customer service and technical knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in safety, industrial, or construction-related industries.
  • Proven consultative selling skills with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers and manage multiple customer relationships.
  • Positive mindset, self-starter attitude, and strong organizational discipline.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
