This recognition highlights 40 individuals under the age of 40 who are making a meaningful impact across Pennsylvania’s government, business, and civic landscape. Steven’s selection reflects his leadership at Skanska USA, as well as his commitment to advancing inclusive environments and supporting the next generation of construction professionals.
At Skanska, Steven plays a key role in preconstruction efforts across a range of projects in the region. He is also actively involved with GBCA’s Construction Leadership Council (CLC) and the Associated General Contractors of America, where he continues to engage with peers and contribute to the advancement of the industry.
