GBCA member Clemens Construction provided construction services for Jefferson Health’s new Joint Public Safety Hub at 1101 Market Street in Center City. The collaborative facility brings together Jefferson Security, SEPTA Police, and the Philadelphia Police Department to improve coordination, enhance emergency response, and strengthen public safety ahead of Philadelphia’s upcoming major events, including the FIFA World Cup and the America250 celebration.
