Advanced Workplace Safety & Enforcement Consultation, LLC (AWSEC) is a construction safety consulting and OSHA enforcement representation firm based in Levittown, Pennsylvania, serving contractors throughout southeastern Pennsylvania and central New Jersey. Founded in 2026, the firm provides OSHA inspection preparation and response, citation defense and informal conference representation, safety program development, compliance audits, and technical safety training.
Founder and Principal Consultant Edwardo Santiago brings 16 years of experience with OSHA’s Philadelphia Area Office, including 14 years as a Compliance Safety and Health Officer and two years as an Assistant Area Director. Prior to joining OSHA, he managed safety programs in the precast concrete manufacturing industry.
Drawing on his experience in both enforcement and private industry, Edwardo helps contractors navigate OSHA inspections, strengthen workplace safety programs, and better understand regulatory requirements. His firsthand knowledge of OSHA’s inspection process, citation procedures, and enforcement practices provides clients with practical guidance for improving compliance and reducing risk.
