On September 23, GBCA’s Construction Leadership Council hosted a Coffee Chat featuring Angelo Perryman, President & CEO of Perryman Construction and Chairman of the Board of GBCA.
The discussion was facilitated by Emily Christopher, CLC Officer and Project Engineer at Gilbane Building Company, who spoke with Angelo about his career journey, leadership experience, and lessons learned throughout more than 35 years in the construction industry.
Angelo shared advice for the next generation of construction leaders, including those who aspire to one day lead or run their own companies. He spoke about the importance of building strong relationships with clients and owners, the value of mentorship, and the lessons that come from learning from others throughout your career.
