In partnership with the Carpenters JAC and the Northeast Regional Council of Carpenters, a cohort of minority, Philadelphia residents, both men and women, recently completed the Carpenters’ Apprentice Ready Program (CARP) and passed their entrance exam on March 10th. GBCA is working with the JAC and the NRCC to place these participants with sponsors.
