The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) is now accepting applications for volunteers to serve a 2-year term on the Business Development Forum Steering Committee. The term runs from April 2019 – April 2021.
The AGC Business Development (BD) Forum brings together Business Development professionals in one place, for one purpose: to advance the Business Development function in the construction industry. We create business opportunities by sharing the latest techniques and tools of Business Development; follow and report on trends in the construction market; and connect a network of professionals invested in building better businesses. In addition to BD and Marketing professionals, the Forum’s members include Construction Executives, Operations and Preconstruction professionals, from General Contractors and Specialty Contractors, nationwide.
The Steering Committee is an active group-meeting 8-10 times a year via teleconference and in-person twice a year in conjunction with AGC events. The current objectives of the Business Development Forum Steering Committee over the next few years are to:
- Write and share BD Best Practices
- Develop WebEd Content for Membership
- Engage the Forum
- Activate Member Sharing
