On Tuesday, February 6, GBCA’s Construction Leadership Council held its first Leadership Series program of 2018: Motivational Leadership. CLC Steering Committee Chair, Melissa Wyatt, introduced Mike Iorio of Dale Carnegie. Mike led an interactive workshop, exploring theories and practical strategies for leaders to foster an environment where motivation flourishes and people are encouraged to grow and do their best.

The Construction Leadership Council (CLC) was established to fulfill the need to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the construction industry as well as the association both at the local and national levels. The GBCA CLC’s next event will be Opening Day at Citizens Bank Park on April 5, the opening day for the Philadelphia Phillies. Tickets are limited, so get them soon!
