East Market Holds Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

On November 1, 2018, Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney, Philadelphia Director of Planning and Development Anne Fadullon, NECA Penn-Del-Jersey Chapter Executive Director Jeff Scarpello, IBEW Local 98 Business Manager John Dougherty, JOSS Realty Partners founder Larry Botel, SSH Real Estate partner Pete Soens, National Real Estate Advisors President and CEO Jeffrey Kanne, Mayor Jim Kenney, and Young Capital President Michael Young participated in a ribbon cutting ceremony as part of East Market’s Grand Opening.

While the project is not yet complete, and not scheduled to be complete for a few years, several major parts of the project are completed, or close to completion. Retailers such as MOM’S Organic Market are already open.
