Lou Filippone has joined Graboyes Commercial Window Company and Graboyes Smart Buildings as business development manager. He will work with building owners, architects, and engineers to support and assist them in creating and maintaining high performance buildings through the commercial window, architectural glazing, and smart building services provided by Graboyes.

Filippone has an extensive background in sales, service, and project management in the construction industry including HVAC, multifamily, and commercial construction. He most recently worked for Hutchinson Plumbing Heating and Cooling in Cherry Hill and before that served as general manager for SILA. Filippone is a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a BA in English literature.
