Project Director

The Project Director monitors and maintains overall goals and objectives of construction and renovation projects including but not limited to design, bid, schedule, budget, quality, and code/regulatory requirements, and serves as a liaison between HSC Executive Staff, Facilities, Contractors and other staff, and is responsible for adopting and implementing the philosophy of The HSC Way. Essential functions include employee development, preconstruction/construction management, client satisfaction, business development, risk management, affiliation memberships, financial management, project closeout, manpower oversight, and VDC & MEP coordination.

 

Sr. Project Manager

Senior Project Managers have overall responsibility for project success and for developing and maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities include but not limited to develop and promote owner relations and feedback; ability to handle multiple projects; manage multiple Project Managers; participate in preconstruction efforts; review contracts and change orders; monitor and forecast project budget and staffing; review site safety program; promote and develop A/E contacts; provide long term vision on projects; participate in marketing’s presentations and proposals; mentor, train, monitor and evaluate staff; and develop and submit project profile at conclusion of the project.

 

Project Manager

Project Manager to oversee all responsibilities for specific projects including but not limited to the budget (profit/loss, payables and receivables); developing and maintaining client and A/E relationships; and managing schedules, superintendents and subcontractors. Must understand owner contract and ensure quality workmanship and safety controls. Responsible for handling meetings, communication, permitting, inspections, photo process, site logistic, punch lists, change orders and documentation, and distributing and presenting exhibits to the project team.

 

Assistant Project Manager

Assistant Project Managers are responsible for coordinating the administrative requirements of the project. Primarily this function manages, expedites, and documents the flow of information between all project team members by assisting project managers with schedule updates; facilitating pre-installation conferences; managing shop drawing and submittals; providing submittal review for compliance with documents, field conditions and Owner requirements; distributing contract drawings and sketches; and expediting material deliveries to meet schedule requirements.

 

Superintendent

Superintendent is responsible to manage the field operations and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors, QC Manager, vendors, and employees. Must be able to administer contract and scope of work, hold daily tailgate meetings, direct and ensure health and safety compliance, manage project schedules and budgets, and complete projects on time. Also responsible for administrative processes and adherence to company policies.

 

Business Development Director

The Director of Business Development is responsible for the development of market intelligence along with new client relationships in the PA-NJ-DE marketplace for the healthcare, life sciences, and academic sectors. The candidate will build relationships with architectural, engineering, and real estate firms for the purpose of identifying opportunities for construction projects and developing clients with the potential for repeat business. Part of this effort is attending key industry events for networking and market knowledge.

 

Project Accountant

The Project Account is responsible for processing monthly requisitions to the Owner, maintaining timely and accurate cost information in Prolog, Procore and Timberline in compliance with corporate policies including:  establish, organize, and maintain current project files per department filing system; input budget information into systems and maintain full working knowledge of budget, contingency, and profitability; review and verify change orders; process subcontract and owner invoices; and work with Project Managers to ensure timeliness of all processes.

 

Estimator

Estimator must be able to analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates using pricing tools for accuracy in order to support data during negotiations. Attend meetings and work closely with clients, vendors, personnel, and construction foremen to prepare estimates and ensure proper scope and pricing rules are followed. Present and deliver proposal specifications and activities to customers and vendors. Responsible for the Review Basis of Estimates for Cost Volume, submittals, and the preparation of Management Review Packages

 

MEP Project Manager

MEP Project Manager passionate about electrical construction to oversee all responsibilities for assigned projects including but not limited to the electrical shutdown coordination and management of day-to-day electrical operations of projects. Duties include tracking progress of electrical infrastructure work, identifying schedule issues and opportunities for improvement, taking the lead on developing A3s, managing field inspections, supporting monthly invoicing and reporting, and maintaining good communications with Sr. Project Managers on all projects.
