Marketplace PHL is looking to engage general contractors and sub-contractors for upcoming projects in the concessions program. You will have the opportunity to see the many different projects that will take place over the next year in the Philadelphia International Airport concessions program. This is also an opportunity to meet with the current general contractors that are working on projects that may need additional sub-contractors. This meeting will give you an overview of the job availability, bidding process and all of the requirements to work in the airport. All projects are located inside the Philadelphia International Airport and are in conjunction with the remodeling of the world class retail program. Projects include gentle remodels to full interior demolition with new fit out for a host of local, regional and national brands. Construction costs range from $50,000 – $700,000+ depending upon the size, complexity and scope of the project. It is anticipated that nearly 100 venues will be remodeled in the next 18 months.
The purpose of the event is to provide a venue to inform the contracting industry about the opportunities that exist at PHL related to the concession program.
