Skanska USA’s Philadelphia office participated in “Pathways to Careers in Construction,” an informational event for students and adults interested in a career in construction. Led by the Urban Affairs Coalition and held at Fashion Outlets Philadelphia, the region’s largest retail redevelopment site, the event attracted over 140 attendees and featured five project contractors and 10 different trades including: Steam fitters, Sheet Metal Workers, Cement Masons and Plasters, Brick Layers, Iron Workers, Laborers, Electricians, Operating Engineers and Carpenters.
