Topping Out Ceremony for Tutor Perini’s W/Element Hotel

Last week, the topping-out ceremony was held for the new W/Element Hotel at 15^th and Chestnut in Philadelphia. Tutor Perini Building Corp is the General Contractor and O’Donnell & Naccarato is the Structural Engineer. Safway Services is also providing scaffolding services on the site.
