On Wednesday, June 26, 2019, GBCA celebrated the second annual GBCA Safety Awards Reception at Yards Brewing Company! At this reception, we honored GBCA members who received GBCA Project Safety Awards. This year, we recognized 27 projects from 10 member companies that were completed with ZERO OSHA recordable injuries or illnesses during the length of the project. About GBCA’s Project Safety Awards
Project Safety Awards acknowledge safe work sites by providing the site owners with a plaque commemorating safe work performed by GBCA members while assigned to their projects. The GBCA produces the plaque which is then given to the eligible member. The member, at their convenience, then presents the plaque to the owner or their representative.
