On October 5, the Construction Leadership Council hosted an interactive workshop for knowledge of how collaboration enables team members to draw upon their unique, individual strengths while creating a sense of unity. This workshop, led by Robert Johnston of Dale Carnegie, empowered participants to identify opportunities for collaborative problem-solving, enlist the skills and abilities of others to solve challenges, collaborate, reduce conflict, and create synergy while building an environment through shared values.
