On September 28, the Construction Leadership Council hosted a half day, interactive workshop on becoming an influential and effective leader. This workshop, led by Ellen Valudes of Dale Carnegie, explored how to establish rapport and build positive relationships, how to become a better listener, and how to communicate effectively to increase understanding.
