Congratulations to the two Drexel University Construction Management teams, who competed at the ASC Region 1 Student Competition in Albany, NY! The competition had student teams assemble a complete written bid proposal for a real project being built by a sponsoring firm. The comprehensive proposals included detailed cost analysis, schedule, labor requirements and plans to do the work itself. Teams then presented their proposals to the sponsoring firm’s representatives in a closed discussion forum.
The Heavy/Civil team received First Place! The Commercial Building team received Second Place, following Wentworth Institute.
