The Carpenter Contractor Trust (CCT) is hosting a live, in-person, 4-hour foreman workshop in Edison, NJ presented by Breslin Strategies Inc. CCT has invited up to 10 carpenters from GBCA member companies to attend this training at no cost.

Who Is a Good Candidate to Attend?
- This training is geared toward newly appointed foreman or carpenters who are on that career path.
What Does the Workshop Cover?
- The in-person training is a 4-hour workshop that includes the following:
- Lesson plans on how to achieve better results in all aspects of the job.
- Explanation of how to properly represent your company in your leadership role.
In addition to this course, attendees will receive:
- Five Minute Foreman Book: Mastering the People Side of Construction + study guide and answer key
- Micro Learning Videos: Professional Construction Leader – 26 videos in total, these videos are sent out bi-weekly for one year and are on-demand so they can be viewed at attendee’s convenience.
