  • Day one focuses on the changes to 49 CFR part 40 and the specific duties, responsibilities and challenges of the Designated Employer Representative (DER).
  • Day two focuses on Reasonable Suspicion for supervisors and managers, which meets the training requirements for Federal DOT and State Drug Free Workplace Programs.
