P. Agnes, Inc. is looking for talented individuals to joint its team as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Accountant!

 

Project Manager

The Project Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Construction/Project Executive. The success of the Project Manager depends on their ability to work effectively with clients and P. Agnes Management from the Preconstruction transition through the Construction and closeout process.

While there are specific responsibilities and expectations described below, it is essential to remember that your overall success will depend on four primary project areas:

  1. Safety
  2. Schedule
  3. Cost control
  4. Quality

The Project Manager is primarily responsible for the profitability and effective management of specific projects from the time of assignment to project completion by implementing assigned duties and responsibilities.

 

 

Assistant Project Manager

The Assistant Project Manager will be assigned to work with one or several Project Managers and will be expected to perform all or part of the following activities, depending on the project size and scope. The success of the Assistant Project Manager depends on their ability to work effectively with P. Agnes Management from a Preconstruction, Construction, and Administration standpoint.

While there are specific responsibilities and expectations described below, it is essential to remember that your overall success will depend on three key project phases:

  1. Project set up
  2. Project involvement
  3. Project closeout

Working under the direction of the Project Manager, the Assistant Project Manager shall provide assistance to ensure the implementation of all project management functions necessary for the successful completion of the project.

 

 

Project Accountant

In this role, the Project Accountant will be a part of a project team and be responsible for all project related financial information.
