Frank V. Radomski & Sons, Inc. is looking to hire a talented individual for the position of Purchasing Assistant. This is an entry-level position.

Purchasing Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for Invoicing, Accounts Payables and Receivable Posting
  • Assist CFO with daily tasks
  • Assist with weekly payroll processing
  • Assist with Contract Administration
  • Assist project management team as needed
  • Maintain subcontractor insurance records
  • Various administrative tasks such as record keeping, filing documents, and processing invoices

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Accounting background
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
