Frank V. Radomski & Sons, Inc. is looking to hire a talented individual for the position of Purchasing Assistant. This is an entry-level position.
Purchasing Assistant
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for Invoicing, Accounts Payables and Receivable Posting
- Assist CFO with daily tasks
- Assist with weekly payroll processing
- Assist with Contract Administration
- Assist project management team as needed
- Maintain subcontractor insurance records
- Various administrative tasks such as record keeping, filing documents, and processing invoices
QUALIFICATIONS
- Accounting background
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
