Project Accountant
Our office hours of operation are Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. Due to COVID-19, our office is currently working in a hybrid environment. You will be required to work remote and in in-office however your hours may vary from week to week dependent upon business needs so it important that the candidate for this role is flexible. Our schedule changes daily/weekly due to project and/or client needs.
We are looking for an individual that is an initiative-taker with vast knowledge of the construction accounting intricacies, experience should be 6-10 years minimum. This individual should be able to work productively and efficiently with minimal supervision/oversight. Confidence in their abilities as to troubles hoot and offer guidance where needed. A confident and professional manner is necessary as there are instances of working closely with Owners, in an effort to resolve issues quickly. This position is for a mature, responsible individual who can prioritize and take responsibility for their tasks.
- Must have Sage 300 and Excel experience, Knowledge of Procore is not mandatory but beneficial
- 6-10 years experience in Construction Accounting minimum
- Communication is KEY – Individual will be expected to communicate in a timely manner both internally and externally.
- Individual must have a clear understand of the time time-sensitive manner that construction accounting requires.
