The Mid Atlantic Construction Safety Council is hosting an engaging Mental Health First Aid training led by Kathryn Ellis and Joe Dorr of The Graham Company. This full-day program provides practical tools to recognize early signs of mental health challenges, respond with confidence during crisis and non-crisis situations, and reduce stigma in the workplace. Participants will build mental health literacy, learn how to guide individuals toward professional support, and understand the importance of self-care after providing assistance.
This eight-hour course includes two hours of self-paced preparation followed by six hours of in-person instruction. Once registered, attendees will receive preparation materials from The Graham Company two weeks prior to the session.
