After additional dialogue with industry stakeholders, Mayor Kenney and Health Commissioner Farley have further relaxed the restrictions on construction projects that are authorized to proceed under the current orders that regulate construction.
Construction Authorization now also pertains to projects for which a building or demolition permit was issued by the City of Philadelphia after March 20, 2020.
