On Tuesday, February 28, the Philadelphia Real Estate Alliance (PREA) held a Town Hall event. General contractors, developers, real estate agents, and members of Philadelphia’s City Council gathered to discuss issues such as public safety, affordable housing, equitable budgeting, and tax policy.
Thank you to keynote speaker Matthew Stitt for sharing his perspective and insights on local market conditions, in addition to emerging equity focused strategies, practices and tools that local government are starting to implement and utilize.
