On Wednesday, October 25, the Philadelphia Real Estate Alliance (PREA) held a Town Hall event. General contractors, developers, real estate agents, and members of Philadelphia’s City Council gathered to discuss issues such as public safety, affordable housing, land use, and tax policy.
Thank you, Anne Fadullon, former Deputy Mayor and Director of Planning and Development, for an insightful fireside chat. Fadullon provided the group with a unique insights into how the City of Philadelphia views the future of development.
