On Wednesday, October 23, the Philadelphia Real Estate Alliance (PREA) hosted a Town Hall event that brought together general contractors, owners, developers, real estate agents, and members of Philadelphia’s City Council for networking and two insightful panel discussions.
The panelists shared their insights on their experiences thus far with Mayor Parker and highlighted what to expect in the coming months. Additionally, attendees learned about Tax Reform initiatives and the efforts of the commission and roundtables to develop and present the best recommendations.
