The Youth Outreach Adolescent Community Awareness Program’s (YOACAP) Project BUILD program recently created a short video featuring Anthony Hayman. Through Project BUILD, Anthony also completed the Carpenters’ Apprentice Ready Program (CARP) (2019 class, including Anthony, pictured above) and is now a 1st year apprentice sponsored by GBCA member Component Assembly Systems.

CARP is one of two workforce development programs that GBCA sponsors to help Philadelphians enter the building trades.
