On Saturday, October 12, 2019 Silvi Group Companies supplied the concrete for the foundation of the Arthaus project at Broad and Spruce Streets, being built by INTECH Construction. Bucks Concrete Services provided pumping assistance. The pour took place from 2:30am to 9:30am.

Some details about the pour:

  • 3960 cubic yards
  • 119 trucks drawing from 5 concrete plants
  • Concrete mix design: 6000 psi and 70% slag

About the Arthaus Project:

Arthaus is the latest Carl Dranoff luxury condominium development in Philadelphia, embedded seamlessly in the Avenue of the Arts district, at the corner of Broad and Spruce Streets. The project is a 47-story structure with 108 condominiums and ground floor retail spaces. This 406,000 square foot project is scheduled to complete in 2022
