Dranoff Properties’s new Arthaus building in Center City, being built by INTECH Construction, is not only a spectacular addition to Philadelphia’s skyline, but the 47-story building is another example of how strong collaborators in construction can make challenging tasks look easy. In 2021, GBCA member Superior Scaffold Services used a monorail system, along with swing stages, to hoist and place the building’s exterior glass panels.

While the city looks forward to the completion of the building, we’re happy to share photos of one part of the construction process. Thanks to our industry collaborators for making something challenging and possibly dangerous look so effortless.
