Valarie Cofield is an expert and well-known leader in Philadelphia. Formerly the Chief Executive Officer of the Eastern Minority Supplier Development Council, she assisted public entities in implementing their economic development initiatives and private companies in developing their supplier diversity business strategies. Her advocacy and drive allowed her to position small businesses to compete on projects by identifying major competition and primary decision-makers, as well as developing differentiated teaming strategies.
