Certificate of Management

The AGC Certificate of Management–Lean Construction (CM-Lean) and Certificate of Management–Building Information Modeling (CM-BIM) are assessment-based credentials denoting knowledge of lean construction practices and BIM concepts, respectively.

Both credentials are valid for three years. Renewal requires 30 continuing education (CE) hours, with up to 15 hours from work-based learning.

Tuition Reimbursement Program

GBCA offers tuition reimbursement to employees of Active and Associate member companies, as well as companies that contribute to the GBCA-administered Industry Advancement Program (IAP). Eligible participants can receive financial support for continuing education courses in construction-related fields, including those offered through the programs above.
