GBCA is holding its first Technology Lunch & Learn for 2018 on May 17. At this workshop, participants will learn the fundamental concepts of Building Information Modeling (BIM). BIM offers a wide range of functionality and capabilities. This will be an introduction to its application.

As Torcon’s Director of Engineering and BIM services, Mr. Arabia establishes and implements standards for BIM projects, BIM project set up, oversight and support of 3D coordination effort, software license management and implementation, evaluation and training on the use of BIM technology, preconstruction studies, development and implementation of 4D and 5D BIM. Sam coordinates internal company-wide BIM support and development of future BIM technology as it fits into the construction industry workflow.
