Leadership in Construction, taught by GBCA Board Member Charles W. Cook, Ph.D., will start on April 4, 2017. This course is intended to introduce participants to effective leadership principles and practices in the construction industry. Topics covered include management and organizational structure; leadership paradigms, styles, and traits, motivation, and emotional intelligence. Collaboration and learn building are also addressed in the course. All are studied in relationship to personal leadership potential and fulfillment. GBCA members are offered the partner rate of $475.
