At the 2020 GBCA Annual Meeting on January 13, 2020, GBCA celebrated the previous year’s accomplishments of the association and its members. During the meeting, Jamal Byrd, a Lead Instructor and past participant of the Construction Apprentice Preparatory Program, and currently a carpenter with Philadelphia D&M, spoke about the importance of supporting workforce development programs in the trades.
