Comcast recently released its 2019 Values Report. In addition to innovative building methods and materials (the project is on track to be double LEED Platinum certified), the 60-story building was built to meet the diversity and inclusion goals of the City of Philadelphia.

The project spent over $300 million working with more than 140 diverse-owned contractors, with approximately 30% of the overall construction workforce being people of color or women. In 2017 and 2018, the building was ranked #1 for Economic Opportunity Plans by the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Commerce.

The building was built by LF Driscoll.
