March 1-7, 2020 is Women in Construction (WIC) Week!
To recognize the roles played by women in the construction industry, LF Driscoll has several activities planned at the Penn Medicine Pavilion project:
- Women in Construction Slogan Contest (to be judged at the end of the week)
- NAWIC site tour of The Pavilion, and a discussion with tradeswomen on The Pavilion project
- Exhibits spotlighting women of The Pavilion project
- Poster display about the state of the industry for women in construction
- Luncheon for women in the office and in the field
- Group photo shoot of the women on The Pavilion project
What is your office doing? These are some of the many ways that your company can recognize the role of women in the industry.
