Philadelphia Works’s Women in Nontraditional Careers (WINC) community works to encourage women to enter industries that have been assumed to be occupied by men. Women in fields such as construction and manufacturing can come together to provide professional and leadership development opportunities, and to build up networks. The next event will look at leadership training and preparing for the national Tradeswomen Build Nations Conference.
Leadership Development & Tradeswomen Build Nations Prep

This training will focus on leadership development skills for tradeswomen and will discuss how the Tradeswomen Build Nations conference is a vehicle for tradeswomen leadership development. The group will plan to attend this conference October 2-4, 2020 in Washington, D.C.
