As a valued GBCA partner, Drexel University’s College of Engineering and Drexel University Online are offering GBCA members a special rate for their Leadership In Construction course, which begins April 4, 2017. This course is intended to introduce students to effective leadership principles and practices in the construction industry. Topics covered include management and organizational structure; leadership paradigms, styles, and traits, motivation, and emotional intelligence.
