Liberty Property Trust is selling off its office buildings in the Philadelphia region to focus on developing warehouses and distribution centers. The estimated value of the holdings is $800 million, exclusive of properties that Liberty Property Trust owns along the Camden waterfront.

Some of the buildings that will be sold include One Liberty Place, the Comcast Center, and the Comcast Technology Center, built by LF Driscoll, and 1200 Intrepid Avenue in the Navy Yard, built by Turner Construction Company.
