June 30, 2019 is Philadelphia’s next Façade Ordinance Inspection deadline.

Philadelphia’s Facade Inspection Ordinance (PM-304.10) mandates that all buildings of six or more stories, or with appurtenances in excess of 60 feet, must be inspected at least every five years by a “licensed professional engineer experienced in the practice of structural engineering, or a licensed registered architect knowledgeable in the design, construction and inspection of building facades”.
